IVANČICA CVITIĆ ZNIDARČIĆ, Master of Fine Arts, was born on the 10th of February , 1946, in Zagreb. She graduated the School of Applied Arts (Section for pottery technology) and the Pedagogical University in Zagreb.
Furthermore, she graduated the College of Applied Arts in Vienna in 1977 – ceramic sculpture and pottery – in the class of prof. Wander Bertoni. In 1977, «masters course» in the same class.
Since 1976, member of the ULUPUH (Croatian Association of Applied Artists)
Between 1987 and 2004, she teached at the School of Applied Arts and Design, Section for pottery, in Zagreb.
Beside 13 independent exhibitions, she participated in more than 80 general exhibitions at home and abroad; Vienna, Zagreb, Belgrade, Sarajevo, Mostar, Faenza, Ljubljana, Vallauris, Pariz, Brussels, Bologna, Barcelona, Grotaglia, Lisbon, Kiel, Zelem-Halen, Landek-Tyrol,
New York.
She is participant in art colonies at home and abroad. Her work of art can be seen in museum and gallery collections. In 1987, she received a honorary degree at the 2nd World Triennale of Small Ceramics. in 2005, Mrs Ivančica won the silver medal at the International Festival of Postmodern Ceramics in Varaždin.
